Dongying Tiandong Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has been committed to providing customers with comprehensive aseptic production solutions over the years. The company has high-end aseptic production lines with established aseptic production assurance system, providing personalized professional technology transfer. In addition to our own pre-filling product, the company has established C(D)MO business with top-100 pharmaceutical company and innovative dosage forms research and development pharmaceutical company. Production dosage forms include sterile injections in pre-filling syringe, ampoule and vial, lyophilized powder in vials. Product types include anticoagulants, thrombolytic enzymes, new ASON antitumor drugs, nanometer antitumor drugs, liposome antitumor drugs, etc.
C(D)MO Services:
- Undertake CMO business, and a full range of pharmaceutical technology transfer services, including technical documents transfer, cleaning validation, analytical method validation, stability test investigation;
- Collaboration on generic R&D and production;
- Optimization of quality management system for aseptic production process.
- Trial production of clinical samples;
Production base introduction
The aseptic products workshop was designed by US TT Company and complied with cGMP requirements. The workshop is equipped with a high-speed PFS line (Bosch) and a highly automatic packaging production line. This line can produce 1ml, 3ml, 5ml PFS with a capacity of 60 million PCS/year.
Ampoule & Vial production line is equipped with washing, sterilization, filling and capping production line (German Bosch), capable of producing 2ml, 5ml, 7ml, 10ml vials and 2ml, 5ml, 10ml Ampoules, with capacity of 20 million PCS/year. The formulation system adopts CIP/SIP to minimize pollution and ensure product’s high quality.
In terms of testing services, QC has advanced precision instruments and testing equipment, like HPLC, GC, NMR, QPCR, etc. to provide necessary physical, chemical and microbiological testing.
